Sofrigam designs and qualifies isothermal and refrigerated packaging enabling the transport of heat sensitive products in non-refrigerated vehicles.
Sofrigam designs and qualifies industrial insulated and refrigerated packaging solutions enabling the transport of heat sensitive products (chilled or frozen) in non-refrigerated vehicles. The materials used associated with the expertise of our engineers and our Laboratory, mean our products are suitable for sectors that are very demanding with regard to quality and safety, such as the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and even agri-food industries.
We offer our clients a range of standard or made-to-measure products and services enabling them to establish secure, economical and ecological cold chain logistics.
More than a packaging manufacturer, Sofrigam proposes a first class service with a complete range of services. The research and development department optimise solutions for proposing more and more environment friendly packaging. Three targets are kept in line: developing products with minimum consequences on the environment, preserving the resources by virtue of recuperating technics, ensuring that our solutions meet the regulatory requirements.
Sofrigam provide more than 100 temperature controlled products and develop made to measure solutions from 1L up to 3,000L.
Are you certain that the packaging you are using is suitable for your products and your logistics organisation? Does it respect the legislation in force? Thanks to metrology, you can check and measure the ability of your packaging to store the products it contains within a fixed temperature range during its transfer. In fact these tests make it possible to reproduce the real conditions of transport (temperature variation, duration of exposure) and to verify that the desired temperature within the packaging is maintained.
These tests enable you to:

The refrigerated pouch has been designed to store heat sensitive medicinal products for very short periods. Sofrigam has developed and patented an adapted cold accumulator enabling effective preservation of the product and offering performances ten times greater than a standard isothermal pouch.
Sofribag® are flexible and reusable coolbags. Created in 2002 for the transport of medicinal products in the hospital environment, they are suitable for short-duration transport of products in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, chemical and agri-food fields.
The Plasibox® is a robust, light and reusable isothermal crate. Used in conjunction with cold accumulators, the flagship Plasibox container enables the transport of chilled or frozen products in complete safety. It is suitable for short-duration transport of products in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, chemical and agri-food fields.
In order to enable delivery on the same day or the next day, and to optimise transport costs, Sofrigam offers you the "JUST IN TIME" option. This option consists of establishing logistics exclusively dedicated to the client, often through storage and distribution sites local to delivery points in France and internationally.
Sofrigam offers three types of gel-enabling storage of chilled or frozen products: blue gel - for products between +2°C/+8°C and +2°C/+25°C; pink gel - for products -18°C; and white gel - for products between -15°C and -5°C.
The Frizbox® Pallet Shipper was designed to enable pharmaceutical laboratories to transport large volumes of vaccines (several millions per year) in complete safety. As high value products, health products require strict respect for the cold chain.
Much more than just a packaging manufacturer, we train and give information to the participants in the medicinal product cold chain.
The Sofribox® refrigerated crate makes it possible to store heat sensitive products in the required temperature range and for the duration needed. Through its thermal performances and its solidity, it guarantees the integrity of products throughout the logistics circuit.
A warehouse/distributor in Eastern Europe was looking for a reusable solution in order to deliver drugs between +2°C and +8°C to its clients (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, etc.) using non-refrigerated vehicles.
A major pharmaceutical laboratory was seeking to harmonise the references of refrigerated boxes used by its different sites all over the world for varying products and varying purposes.
