Cost-Effective and Automated: Packing of Tissue Rolls and Flat Tissues in Bags

OptimaThe OPTIMA RB 177 packs toilet rolls in ready-made bags, as is the way they are used in the Asian market. All types of bags are processed on the machine, also those that had been used previously for manual packing. The OPTIMA RB 177 is compatible with all makes of rewinders so it is possible to make a direct product changeover. The throughput is up to 20 packages a minute. Optima offers a suitable entry-level solution for fully automated processes for prepacked cosmetics tissues (napkins) as well. The OPTIMA EcoBagger handles up to 40 multipacks per minute.

Investments in fully automated processes are amortised within three years or less, since it is possible to save on manual packing. The Optima machines were developed in Europe and are produced in Shanghai. The machines embody the know-how of the leading manufacturer Optima, who offer high-performance machines for roll products, for example, that can achieve over 100 packs per minute. Optima packing machines have been used in the Chinese market to the great satisfaction of their users for many years now. Numerous references confirm this.
