Rexam Airless Dispenser Tubes: The Industry’s Widest Range

For customers, three levels of protection are available for every formulation – and every capacity requirement: monolayer, coextruded and laminated tubes, in a broad range of diameters. A full selection of decoration options is available, including offset, silk screening, hot stamping and more.

Rexam pumps are available for lotions and spray applications. In anticipation of today’s advanced formulations, Rexam designed its pumps to handle and protect even the most viscous formulations, with excellent evacuation rates. For lotions, Rexam offers several options. The Nea and SP 343A are renowned for their soft-actuation and ultra-smooth application, with minimal pre-compression and an elegance that complements viscous prestige creams.
The LX500, a smooth and robust powerhouse, is well-suited to applications in sun care, body care and hair care, thanks to its ability to handle tubes as large as 250ml. Spray products can be fitted to the Rexam SP32.

Consumer appeal is enhanced in a number of critical ways. These include easy, 360-degree application, precise dosage, complete product evacuation – meaning no waste – and a high-end look and feel that encourages frequent use, and repurchase.

True airless dispenser tube systems, such as those offered by Rexam, prevent the oxidation of today’s delicate formulas, Rexam’s Lemeunier said. “Today, we have hybrid formulations that utilize organics and preservative-free elements. These include SPF, anti-aging products and even liquid foundations – these need the protection of the dispenser tube package,” she said.

“That is why we anticipate further use of this airless dispenser tube combination in product launches around the world, in mass, masstige and prestige launches.”
