The flexible blister machine is based on a modular concept. A number of process-specific modules can be integrated in the machine depending on your requirements. Retrofitting is also possible at any time. Various components such as printers and cameras can be integrated on request. The number of modules can be reduced if space is at a premium.

The R760 is ideal for deep-drawing, sealing, perforating and punching aluminium and plastic foils to produce packaging blisters. It is used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and healthcare. The concept allows customers to tailor the machine retrospectively to suit product requirements. It is therefore ideal for fulfilling specific process requirements in relation to sealing, filling and special product protection measures. The machine is easy to clean, calibrate and service thanks to its good accessibility and GMP-compliant design. A quick-change system supports rapid tool format adjustment for different products.
