This new subsidiary will serve licensed producers, processors, retailers and distributors throughout Canada and will be led by Gordon Woolley, Vice President, and Mark Doerr, Regional Sales Director.

As the industry leading provider of responsible and compliant packaging and ancillary products in the U.S., the Company looks forward to bringing the same discipline and level of service to the expanding Canadian market in preparation for October 17, 2018 when adult cannabis use becomes legal nationwide in Canada.

Understanding the unique needs of this market, and working within the guidelines put forth by Health Canada, Kush Supply Co. is positioned to become the leading provider of child-resistant product lines, along with other innovative solutions, put forth by Koleto Packaging Solutions, the new research and development arm launched by Kush Bottles, Inc. earlier this summer.

Mr. Woolley, vice president of Kush Supply brings more than 35 years of sales and business experience in the printing, merchandising, retail marketing and digital signage industries in Canada.

This includes founding a leading sales and distribution company in Canada which supplied marketing, packaging and point-of-sale communication materials to Fortune 500 companies in the restaurant, hospitality and automotive industries.

Mr. Doerr, Regional Sales Director of Kush Supply Co., has considerable experience in the regulated retail environment, with a decade of experience at British American Tobacco, where he worked in front-line sales and in project management, leading new product innovations.

Most recently, Mark was a Senior Sales Manager with Lift & Co., a nascent cannabis technology company specializing in event sales, data analytics and retail training for the cannabis retail environment.

Kush Bottles CEO Nick Kovacevich said: “We believe Kush Supply Co. is well situated to capitalize on the momentum in Canada leading up to its national launch later this year. By leveraging our supply chain efficiencies, we are extremely well positioned to serve the current needs of the Canadian market, and to adapt to future needs as the regulatory structure evolves and the market expands.”
