“I thought that containers could be designed better so that children and others could more easily access the contents inside,” said an inventor from Houston, Texas.

“I came up with this modified container so that all the product inside a container is usable for consumption.”

He created a prototype for THE BETTER SPREADER to make it easier to use the entire contents of a container. The design eliminates hassles and frustrations. The design saves the user from having to struggle to scrape out the remnants of a container.

This ensures that the product is easy to spread. It requires the use of fewer spoons, knives, etc., to spread the contents and could help save on water usage.

This invention will offer a safer alternative for using a knife, which benefits both children and adults. Furthermore, the packaging is ideal for use with mayonnaise, mustard, peanut butter, jelly and other items.

The original design was submitted to the Houston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
