The wholesale plastic supplier provides a range of plastic packaging and bespoke plastic products for clients in the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, agriculture, chemical, and industrial sectors.

“This acquisition enables us to build on our customer service commitment in Western Australia, while offering our customers expanded services.

“We welcome the Plas-Pak WA team to the TricorBraun family, and we look forward to investing in the company’s continued growth.”

Under the terms of the deal, all members of the plastic products maker will stay with TricorBraun and continue to operate out of the Malaga, Perth, location of the business.

Plas-Pak WA will now be known as Plas-Pak WA, a TricorBraun firm, with immediate effect.
