Smurfit Kappa company Vitop has introduced new Delta tap for use with high density products such as detergent, chemicals and oils.

The worldwide patented Delta tap has been developed to enter air without using an extra air fitting. It can also be screwed on to rigid plastic packaging.
Vitop has provided an inbuilt no return valve to the new Delta tap to help prevent leakage.
An inner ball stops air entry and avoids liquid from escaping, if external pressure is applied to the rigid container during pouring.
Delta tap can be added with a measuring cap to avoid any additional product wastage. The new Delta is also spring-free, enabling to improve recyclability and reduce number of components.

Vitop is engaged in the production of bag-in-box (BIB) taps and connectors for the wine sector, as well as for fruit juice and other applications.
The company produces products such BIB handles, as well as handle insertion machines and HydrO tap for rigid containers. Its products are used by package manufacturers, filling centers, retailers, restaurants and end consumers.
Vitop Original tap has been developed to reduce oxygen permeation and ensure tight seal. The frim provides various connector options for liquid distribution systems in bars and restaurants.
HydrO tap, which is suitable for large PET water bottles, offers steady flow and closes automatically when the front button is released.
The tap is provided with double tamper-evidence protection and hygienic top cap to provide better integrity for final customer.
Vitop also produces driller tap that enables end user to pierce through a BIB bag filled with liquid and pour out the contents. These taps can be used by governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental relief organizations.
In addition, Vitop’s Turn tap can be combined with special bag material and glands to provide required resistance to detergents.
