Sweden-based Emballator Tectubes has introduced a new series of small dose mono-material tubes for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
According to Emballator, the new tube range is intended for small doses of products, offering an overall small footprint.
All goods are made using renewable energy and can be made out of medical or normal resins, as well as aluminium.
The products are also made as per the ISO9001:2015, ISO15378:2017, and ISO14001 standards.
The new small dose range includes six different products in PE, PCR aluminium, and aluminium: the Twist off Recap, Twist off Reseal, Twist off Reclose, Twist Off, Twist off Reclose Aluminium, and Capped Aluminum.
Emballator Tectubes sales and marketing manager Jim Johannesson said: “All products in this new range have been created with a focus on sustainability. They are all made in mono-materials which makes them easy to recycle.
“Our flagship product in this range is our new Twist off Recap. It is a new tube with an integrated cap solution.
“This integrated cap reduces the material content by 10% and the optimised manufacturing process minimises the carbon footprint.”
Johannesson added: “We will present this new range to the market when we participate at the Cosmetic Business fair in Munich on 1 and 2 June.
“We are so excited to talk to both existing and new customers about this new innovative and sustainable tube range.”
