Swiss packaging machinery and services provider Bobst has introduced several new solutions for the customers in the packaging industry.
The new solutions have been designed for different industries, including folding carton, corrugated board and flexible packaging.
Bobst has designed the new multi-purpose EXPERTFOLD 110 A3 version with integrated modules to produce crash-locks and 4-& 6-corners.
The new older-gluer will help manufacture different box styles with a wide range of materials, as well as helps to produce cartons at speeds of up to 450m per minute.
The new NOVAFOIL 106 Hot Foil Stamper has been designed for high-value packaging applications. Bobst’s new in-line foil stamping machine is also suitable for embossing, debossing, hologram application and applications.
ACCUREGISTER, which is a new version of the POWER REGISTER sheet feeding system, will help reduce setting times and feed related stops. Available on the NOVACUT 106 range, the ACCUREGISTER also includes new features to reduce maintenance to an absolute minimum.
The company is offering its 106 size die-cutter with an optional SETUP TIME REDUCTION Pack, which enables converters to minimise downtime and improve ergonomics.
The new DIT Folding Carton 106 digital inspection table allows comparing the production results with the client’s original PDF. It allows monitoring all points of the production process.
MASTERCUT 1.65 machine has been designed for litho-laminated converting applications. It helps to handle carton and corrugated board and litho-laminate products.
The SPEEDPACK automatic packer, which is available on the EXPERTFOLD 145/165, the EXPERTFOLD 170-350 and the MASTERFOLD 170-350m, will help converters to achieve the full potential of their Bobst folding-glueing lines.
