RPC Bebo Deventer has provided a multilayer thermoformed pot for a range of preservative-free dips produced by Dutch food company Lazy Foods.

The multilayer thermoformed pot with high pressure processing (HPP) treatment is helping the Dutch food firm to extend the shelf life of dips.

RPC has provided RO 115 cup to fill a range of preservative-free dips, and provide a shelf life between 30 days and 40 days.

The new cup features a multilayer polypropylene structure that will prevent oxygen ingress.

They also undergo HPP treatment, which is a process where the cups are placed in a container and lay under 6,000 bar water pressure to eliminate harmful bacteria.

RPC is providing RO 115 cup in three sizes, including 175cc, 250cc and 500cc.
