ProMach is set to exhibit integrated bagging and labeling solution, Morpheus with Flex-Pac labeler, for the snack food industry at SNAXPO18 event in the US.

The event will take place from 12 March to 14 March in Atlanta, Georgia.

ProMach’s product brand Matrix Packaging Machinery sells and services the Morpheus vertical form fill seal (VFFS) bagger solution designed for forming and filling pillow and gusseted bags.

VFFS bagger solution holds capacity to produce up to 200 bags per minute.

Morpheus film handling and sealing technology is suitable for producing thinner gauge films for packaging snacks, candies, dried fruit and other dry products.

AutoPro, which is a servo-controlled axis adjustment system exclusive to the Morpheus, is said to offer accurate and trouble-free changeover by a minimum of 50% compared to typical VFFS changeover time.

EPI’s Flex-Pac is a pressure sensitive labeling system that can be used for labeling bags, pouches, horizontal flow wrappers and stretch wrappers.

Flex-Pac system showcased at the event will label bags formed and filled on the show floor by the Morpheus.

The firm’s other unit ID Technology will exhibit a range of labeling, coding, and marking systems for the snack food packaging lines.

The products being showcased at the event include thermal transfer overprinters such as 32d & COM II, iCon 2 laser coder, Citronix inkjet printer, as well as ID Technology 252, 222 and 252N corner wrap systems.

Other products exhibited at the event will include Brenton Engineering’s case packers and palletizers, Texwrap’s shrink wrappers, and bundlers, Wexxar BEL’s case erecters, hand packing stations, and case sealers.

ProMach’s conveyors and product handling equipment, integrated solutions, productivity software, and engineering and design and build services, as well as Orion Packaging’s stretch wrappers will also be exhibited at the event.

Matrix provides vertical form fill seal equipment for all types of flexible packaging, as well as INVPack stickpack and sachet machines, Toyo Jidoki pre-made pouch machines, and FLTecnics rollstock pouch machines.
