MPS Systems North America has announced the promotion of Michael Weyermann to vice president sales and marketing after the company’s president left at the end of his one-year term.

Weyermann started his career with MPS in 2015 and has grown into a very capable and reliable partner for MPS while growing the brand name in the North American market.
With over 20 years of experience in the label printing industry, Weyermann was found to be the right person to take MPS North America to the next level.
MPS Systems CEO Atze Bosma said: “With his experience and knowledge of the market and good reputation among both customers and colleagues, we trust Michael Weyermann to be the right man to lead MPS’ North American subsidiary. We wish him the best of luck in this new role.”
The promotion is effective immediately. Weyermann adds: “I am honored and excited to take on this new position within MPS. We have an excellent product range perfectly suited for the North American market. I look forward to leading MPS NA to great growth.”
MPS was one of the first companies to provide innovative technologies for direct-drive machines and has patented a wide range of its innovative designs.
