Flexo and offset press solutions provider MPS has selected Fencsa, Coras do Brasil and Ferrostaal Chile as its sales partners in South America.

Fencsa will distribute MPS product solutions to the customers in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.

Fencsa will also distribute the solutions of HCI Converting, Grafotronic AB, Wasberger, and Set Industry, in addition to MPI.

The firm supplies servo driven presses, inspection and finishing equipment and heat shrink films to the customers, as well as offers flexography consultancy and technical services.

Coras do Brasil will supply MPS solutions in Brazil and Argentina. The firm supplies flexible packaging solutions, labels, and self-adhesive tapes to its customers.

Coras will also distribute the products of Atlas Converting Equipment, AVT, Brotech and Maan Group.

Ferrostaal Trading Group subsidiary Ferrostaal Chile will supply MPS’s solutions to the customers in Chile and Bolivia.

Ferrostaal operates three business units, including industrial services, special projects and equipment solutions.

For the graphic arts industry, the equipment solutions unit provides machinery for the pre-press, press and post-press stages.

MPS commercial director Eric Hoendervangers said: “South America is a diverse market that we felt was better supported through increased local representation of MPS press technology and expertise.

“These three companies are reputable agents who have a proven track record in the industry, and years of established relationships with printers in the countries they represent. MPS now has a solid presence throughout South America.”

In December 2017, MPS selected K-Group company Intercom Trade Services as its sales partner in Pakistan.

The partnership with Intercom will allow MPS to expand its operations in the South Asia.

Intercom Trade Services provides machinery products, including extrusion, printing and converting machines and is said to represent multiple European brands.

MPS provides flexo and offset press solutions for label and flexible packaging printers.

The company produces press products such as EB, EF, EF Symjet, EXL-Offset and EXL-Packaging.
