Speciality packaging company MAX Solutions has acquired Canada-based folding cartons, labels, and rigid packaging company Bellwyck Packaging for an undisclosed sum.

Bellwyck has three manufacturing facilities situated in Ontario and British Columbia that focus on the pharma, health, beauty and horticulture end sectors.

The company has more than 80 years of experience in premium packaging for the pharma & healthcare, cosmetics & fragrance, wine & spirits, and confectionery markets.

Bellwyck also provides turnkey packaging solutions to internationally successful brands.
