The new flexible packaging entity will have expanded global reach, enhanced business continuity and manufacturing capabilities. It will focus on the increasing needs of the medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and life science industries.

The new flexible packaging entity is investing $15m across all locations, allowing it to meet growing demand for engineered solutions based on stringent industry requirements.

The new company will provide consistency and continuity of supply with vertically integrated capabilities.

Rollprint CEO Dhuanne Dodrill said: “Our customers have clearly communicated their desire to grow with a partner specifically dedicated to flexible materials for the healthcare industry.

“With our technical depth, regulatory knowledge and expanded manufacturing reach, we are uniquely-positioned to address the needs of multinational companies as well as local firms around the globe.”

The name of the new company is due to be unveiled during Pack Expo event on 16th October 2018.

Rollprint Packaging Products is a science-driven integrated flexible packaging maker that supports the healthcare, life sciences, electronics, household, and other markets. The company is claimed to have supplied flexible packaging materials for over 80 years.

Alliantz Flexible Packaging operates from its facility in Singapore. The company focuses on flexible packaging supplies to the regional South East Asia medical/healthcare industries and beyond.

EuroFoil Teo, which was established in 1997, is situated in the Ballyvourney, County Cork in south-west Ireland.

The company offers narrow web small-batch solutions as well as wide web large-run solutions and performs all production in Class 8 clean rooms.

EuroFoil Teo also has the capability of laser scoring hard-to-open sachet and flowrap materials. It supplies mainly to blue chip multi-national pharmaceutical and healthcare firms and contract manufacturers and packers.
