In his new role, Stephen will be responsible for spearheading KM Packaging’s targeted push to drive new business in the European and Middle Eastern markets.

Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience drawn from a variety of roles within corporate and small and medium enterprise (SME) environments, including as Founder of branded packaging SME Indigo Concept Packaging Limited.

In his spare time, Stephen also mentors underachieving teens to help them realise their potential, something he has been doing for 18 years, helping over 150 fifteen to sixteen-year-olds.

Stephen said of his appointment: “I am very excited to be joining KM Packaging during such a dynamic period of growth. I am passionate about using my inclusive leadership style, creativity and strategic, probing mindset to drive new business development, particularly in previously untapped sectors.

“I look forward to building strong relationships with both KM’s existing European customers and implementing strategy to create new business connections across the European and Middle Eastern markets.”

This is the latest appointment during a period of notable, sustained development for the company, which has seen employee additions across the business, including growth in its customer service team of 25% since 2016.

Graham Holding, Commercial Director at KM Packaging, added: “Stephen’s extensive experience, both in the packaging sector and beyond, will be invaluable to help drive the company’s strategic growth programme forward through 2019 and beyond. We are absolutely delighted to have him on board.”
