Inventor from Arvada said: “My Bernese mountain dog is very sensitive and finicky at mealtime, but she would always eat her large bone treat.

“I thought that pet food could be redesigned and reformulated so that it would be more appetizing to finicky pets. I was in the ICU from burns to 40% of my body. My 10-year-old dog died, and my 2-year-old wouldn’t eat but would eat bone. This experience inspired my idea.”

He developed NU FOOD FOR PETS to serve as a ready-to-go meal. The pet food is ideal for everyday feedings, taking along on walks, hikes and camping trips. It is designed to be compact, lightweight and easily portable.

The meal-replacement bar is easy to use in shelters/SPCAs. The food’s shape allows for easy storage. In addition, the pet food is producible in many different sizes and flavors, and offers perfect portion control.

The original design was submitted to the Denver office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
