Craters & Freighters, a US-based crating, packaging, and shipping company, has opened a new location in Columbia, South Carolina.

The new location is anticipated to increase the footprint of the specialty freight solutions provider. It will also help the company better serve and cope with the requirements of its customers in the South Carolina area, particularly in Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach.

Craters & Freighters claimed that the new location has the materials, tools, employees, and management team to address the needs of local, national, and global customers.

Craters & Freighters corporate president and CEO Matthew Schmitz said: “We are excited to expand our presence in South Carolina.
