Beumer Group, a supplier of automated material handling systems, has unveiled tailor-made solutions for consumer goods.

Beumer said it will showcase the solutions at this year’s Fachpack event in Nuremberg, Germany, which will take place between 25 and 27 November.
At the event, the firm will exhibit tailor-made solutions for consumer goods ranging from filling of bags up to packaged product stacks ready for transport.
Beumer fillpac R filling machine has been developed to fill bulk materials such as cement or building materials and other industrial pulverised goods into bags in an efficient and gentle way.
The machine holds capacity to fill very fine to very coarse materials into different bag formats and types, including valve bottom bags and flat valve bags.
Beumer has installed the rotary filling machine with the firm’s bag placer and ream magazine.
The modular design of fillpac R machine allows to be easily integrated and adjusted with existing packaging lines.
Designed to be used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the Beumer fillpac FFS produces bags from a prefabricated tubular PE film and fills them with the customer’s product and seals them.
Beumer fillpac FFS form fill seal system can be used both for the high-capacity range of up to 2,600 bags per hour and low throughputs up to 1,800 or 2,500 bags per hour.
Both Beumer fillpac R and fillpac FFS are installed with a specialized weighing unit to maintain the correct quantity of the filled material.
Beumer paletpac high-capacity palletiser has been used to stack bags on pallets. It also holds capacity to stack sensitive and valuable products, as well as products with special flow characteristics in a gentle and efficient manner.
Based on the product requirements, the system can be installed with a clamp-type turning device or a twin-belt turning device.
Beumer robotpac is a space-saving articulated robot for palletising cartons, boxes, canisters or trays.
The fully automatic articulated robot can solve complex palletising and de-palletising challenges. Beumer provides fully automatic gripping systems that can be easily exchanged and suited for each item to be packed.
Beumer stretch hood high capacity packaging system will be used to cover the mixed pallet of merchandise, including filled and palletised bags, boxes of detergent, buckets of paint or storage jars stacked on pallets.
