PAC Machinery, a manufacturer of equipment and materials that are used in the flexible packaging industry, has introduced improved Rollbag R1275 automatic bagger with enhanced productivity features.

The new compact automatic bagger will help increase production rates and simplify user interaction.
PAC Machinery subsidiary Clamco has manufactured the R1275 automatic bagger in the US.
The company has added a suite of features and options to the Rollbag R1275 automatic bagger to increase bagging speed and improve bagging performance.
The improved Rollbag machine is provided with compact and low profile seal flattening fingers for better performance.
A new optional bag opener is said to stretch the bag to an opening size and shape to facilitate improved filling, helping to provide consistent filling and sealing for larger products.
The new bag profiler option enables to maintain the bag shape by making it flatter as the bag fills, providing assistance to prevent bulk materials from distorting bag.
PAC Machinery sales and marketing vice president Gregory Berguig said: “Our industry-leading R1275 automatic bagger has been enhanced to utilize a number of key productivity options.
“The new bag opener, seal flattener and bag profiler work to increase bagging speed and improve package appearance.”
The machine is also provided with the new infeed funnel mounting system, which holds capacity to accommodate a wide variety of automatic feeding devices.
The software improvements streamline the operator interface to help easily operate the automatic bagger.
PAC Machinery’s bagger can be used with scales, counters and other feeding devices such as Clamco kit conveyor.
The Rollbag R1275 automatic bagger can also be connected with robotics and other devices. An optional thermal printer allows the printing of graphics, bar codes, date codes, and text.
With the support of Rollbag brand pre-opened bags on a roll, the advanced automatic bagger can pack products in poly bags at a rate of up to 60 bags per minute.
