The acquisition will allow Mark Andy to provide a range of solutions for the global graphic arts and print industry.

Presstek provides direct imaging (DI) plates and presses and computer-to-plate (CTP) solutions, as well as world-class service for commercial and in-plant customers.

Under the deal, Presstek’s team, including over 60 technical professionals, will join Mark Andy to help better serve customers in North America
