Private equity company GenNx360 Capital Partners has invested in US-based contract packaging company Nutra-Med Packaging.
Nutra-Med’s management, along with GenNx360, has also invested in the company.
Based in Whippany of New Jersey, Nutra-Med offers packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, health and wellness, as well as medical devices markets.
The company offers bottling, blistering and secondary packaging services for pharmaceuticals and dietary supplement products.
Its product capabilities consist of cartoning, shrink sleeving, heat seal carding, kitting and retail pallet pack-out.
Nutra-Med founder Mahesh Gupta will continue as an advisor to the company, while the current vice president Kunal Gupta will continue in the leadership role for the company.

With a diverse staff of more than 200 employees, Nutra-Med delivers contract packaging for Rx and OTC products to small and mid-sized businesses.
The company’s facilities consist of 29 temperature-controlled packaging suites, 11 blister packaging lines, 10 high-speed bottling lines and eight cartooning lines.

In October 2020, GenNx360 Capital acquired two packaging companies B2B Industrial Packaging and American Machinery Works (AMW Packaging Supply).
