The RPX series enables the companies to rapidly advance from manual to automated palletizing of cases, trays, bags, pails, and other packaging.

Brenton’s RPX series will help decrease the number of employees on the packaging line, in addition to reducing the risk of repetitive motion injuries within the plant.

The company is providing RPX series in various configurations, including one line in/one line out, two lines in/two lines out, one line in/one line out with automated pallet handling, and two lines in/two lines out with automated pallet handling.

The cells offer compact footprints ranging from the smallest 11.5 x 17.5ft up to the largest 15.5 x 22.5ft. The palletizers are rated at up to 14 cases per minute.

Brenton has already delivered RPX Series cells with two pack patterns to one of its customers. New pack patterns can be easily entered through touchscreen display, helping food companies and manufacturers to easily adapt to new orders and customer requirements.

The engineers of Brenton have designed a rapid connect modular platform to install cells within few hours. As per the plant conditions, the modular cells can be easily disassembled, moved and reassembled.

Brenton sales vice president Jason Enninga said: “Brenton recognized that many small- to medium-sized plants do not require custom solutions, but instead will benefit from affordable, configurable, and reliable modular systems that can be delivered quickly.”

Recently, ProMach’s another product brand Dekka has launched the enhanced Dekka SE tape head for case formers, case erectors, and case sealers.

ProMach offers packaging solutions to the manufacturers in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and household and industrial goods industries.

The firm’s brands operate across the entire packaging spectrum, including filling and capping, flexibles, pharma, product handling, labeling and coding and end of line.

In addition, the firm offers performance services such as integrated solutions, design/build, engineering services, and productivity software to optimize packaging line design and deliver maximum uptime.
