Rapak has linked its single-head Intasept aseptic bulk filler to the existing process control system in a plant manufacturing a dietary supplement for weight control.

Fabuless was developed by Lipid Technologies Provider AB to add to finished food products such as yogurt, milk or shakes. Rapak installed a new aseptic bulk bag-in-box filler at the company’s plant in Sweden as part of a system that enables the operation to be run from the company’s own process control room.
The system has a swing-in fill table that allows different bag sizes, from 10- 1,000 litres to be moved into place beneath the filler.
LTP director Jorgen Quick says: “The ability to fill both small and large bags allows us to service the market in a number of ways, depending on end customer needs.”
