Self-adhesive papers and films manufacturer Arconvert US has introduced a new self-adhesive paper solution, dubbed Cotone Extra White Ultra WS.

Arconvert said the deeply textured 87# high white sheet has been developed by using cotton linters, enabling to enhance the shelf appeal.
Part of the Manter brand, the new self-adhesive paper solution will be exclusively supplied by the Arconvert US in the North American market.
The new self-adhesive paper solution can be used in labeling applications of premium wines and spirits, gourmet foods, cosmetics and other luxury goods.
Cotone Extra White Ultra WS is said to be compatible with different finishing processes such as embossing and foil stamping, enabling brands to achieve intricate and creative designs.
According to the company, the Ultra WS treatment makes it suitable for maintaining label integrity of wines chilled in ice buckets.
The cotton paper is also provided with a mold inhibitor, which enables premium wines to be aged in traditional cellar environments.
The new self-adhesive paper solution is said to compliment the firm’s existing Cotone Bianco Ultra WS that offers a warmer and natural white shade.
Arconvert’s label materials are compatible with roll-fed HP Indigo presses with in-line priming, in addition to rotary offset presses and print trials are suggested for optimum results.
The label materials, which can be slit to order, are available in master roll widths of 39.37″ and minimums as low as 834 linear feet.
Arconvert is engaged in the manufacturing of self-adhesive materials and products from a range of papers and films designed for the label sector.
The company produces Adhoc rolls paper and films, which can be used in labeling applications of food, textile, health and beauty, electronics, pharmaceuticals, household appliances and chemicals, and shelfmarking.
