A new agreement between Enercon Industries and Ciba Specialty Chemicals will see joint development of Enercon’s Plasma3 surface modification technology with Ciba’s new PrimeIT nano-grafting technology. The aim is an advanced surface treatment technology “which assures Enercon and Ciba Specialty customers the ability to truly optimize surface effects on all films, foils, papers, metals, non wovens and textiles through the combined use of these technologies”.
