Sun Chemical is set to exhibit its latest offerings at this year’s INFOFLEX event in Indianapolis, US, which will take place between 6 May and 9 May.

At the event, the company will exhibit its new SunStrato Insero 1519 laminating flexographic nitrocellulose blendable ink system, which can be used in a range of films and applications.

The firm’s SunUno Solimax ink system can be used for surface print applications on various commonly used flexible packaging substrates. It will simplify the overall print production process by offering a single platform that can cover multiple end use applications.

SunStrato Flexo Pure Ultra White system is used for multi-film and high bonds lamination applications, while SunSpectro Sunsharp White is developed for surface print applications.

SunSpectro Sunsharp HR water- and solvent-based inks, which offer moderate heat resistance of up to 350 degrees, can be used with conventional and high-performance printing plates.

SunStrato Sunester laminating solvent-based inks are suitable for flexographic printing on polypropylene and polyethylene films.

The company will also exhibit SunVisto AquaGreen water-based inks, which provides the required critical performance attributes across a range of paper packaging applications.

In addition, Sun Chemical will exhibit SunInspire specialty inks and coatings and SunBar (aerobloc) oxygen barrier coatings

Other products exhibited at the event include new SunLam monomer free adhesives for the flexible packaging market.
