SCA Packaging’s Industrial Division has extended its Stax range of “integrated pallet solutions” with a standard “all fibreboard pallet pack”, which is both “very strong” and is manufactured – under license to Trojan Pallets – at high speed to minimise cost.
Stax-Pak can be simply assembled from a kit comprising a sleeve, cap, tray and pallet, and is designed to fit a 1,200 x 1,000 footprint. The heavy-duty sleeve has a Duabond taped and glued joint, to make the pack safe to handle, and ensure it can be used in a cleanroom environment.
Each unit will hold up to 500kg, or 250kg when stacked two-high, while small volumes can be supplied “off-the-shelf”.
