PJ Fresh, one of Sweden's leading fresh juice producers, has selected Silgan White Cap's 38mm Plasti-Twist closure with liner for the launch, in five varieties, of its new “100% real juice”, “Fresh!”.Sold in a 0.37 litre PE-HO bottle, the juice has a 4-5 day shelf life in chiller cabinets.The 38mm Plasti-Twist closure with liner is a two-piece PP compression moulded vacuum closure which also incorporates a compression moulded liner. Key features include two threads for better application, a flat line profile for sealing PET bottles, and a patented drop-down tamper-evident band which stays on the container after opening. The cap also has low removal torques for easy opening and “excellent resealability”.
