Oldham-based Ribble Packaging, an independent manufacturer and converter of corrugated packs with a turnover of around £10M, has secured Orchard Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Managing director Derek Haynes said: “The acquisition of Orchard provides us with the opportunity to capitalise on the additional capacity available from our in-house corrugator.
