Offset Machines and Pago have co-designed and launched into the UK a special pot labelling solution comprising a feeder elevator buffer, feeder unit with screws, an eight-station heavy duty index box, a PAGOmat 6-series labelling head, and a restacker with buffer.
The PAGOmat applies a single wraparound label or multiple labels to round conical and cylindrical pots at over 120 pots/min and is integrated into a 450 pot/min pot handling machine from Holland’s Offset. Labelling speed depends on the relationship between label dispense rate, the label length and the time required to get each pot into position.
Offset’s cup handling system is suited to pots with 50-180mm diameters and a maximum height of 200mm, and can be equipped with double pot and missing pot detection.
