A fruitless search by UK machine builder Sewtec Automation for a denester to operate with a lasagne tray filling lined led the company to develop its own twin magazine system.
After scouring the market unsuccessfully for denesters for an application which required two to operate in a damp, cold environment adjacent to the tray filling line Sewtec designed and manufactured a low maintenance denester, now offered in both anodised aluminium or stainless steel. Available both in standard configuration or “off-the-peg”, the unit offers full IP65 environmental protection.
Other features include quick release pre-set magazines for rapid and simply tray change, standalone or integrated control, central or integrated vacuum, and a fixed or portable design.
Maximum tray sizes are 200mm x 350mm (single deposit) and 150 x 200mm (double deposit). The system can denest up to 60 trays/min.
