Quality Films has launched a pre-stretched pallet wrapping film under the brand name of Q-Lite. It says it has trialed this new product with a number of customers and they have all “recognised the advantages”.
The Cannock-based company, which was the subject of a management buy in/buy out by the present directors in May 2003, says the film is easier to use and better performing with less wastage than “ordinary film” as the whole roll can be used. When used on machines, it is also said to cause much less wear and tear. The result is that users have lower costs while being helped to meet statutory waste control requirements.
