Bill Rammell, MP for Harlow and UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign Office, opened the new £10M warehouse development at O-I’s UK Harlow head office and glass factory last month.
The 22,000m² warehouse maintains the generous storage space of the original facility but is better planned, with direct access from the production lines, which reduces pallet movement by 50%.
The plant produces beer bottles for all the UK’s leading brewers.
