Following procedures previously announced in January, Nuova Castagnoli is now legally entitled to entirely use the brand, the website, know-how, patents, existing distribution contracts, and to hire part of the work force of Gidue.
Nuova Castagnoli will now operate under the name Nuova Gidue, and sell and manufacture the entire former Gidue product line – the Combat, Xpannd and Athena presses – and provide service to the 320-plus press installations worldwide. Nuova Gidue will be manufacturing flexo, offset and digital presses for the label and packaging markets.
In addition, Stork Prints will continue its partnership Federico d’Annunzio and will deliver rotary screen Integration units to Nuova Gidue.
