The US based Pamarco Technologies group, whose subsidiaries include leading manufacturer of laser engraved ceramic and chrome anilox rolls Pamarco Global Graphics, has been acquired from Bradford Investment by private equity firm JP Kotts & Co for an undisclosed sum. The existing management team led by ceo Terry Ford will continue to operate the Pamarco Technologies group of companies. He says: “The acquisition will pave the way for future expansion through the development of new products and the acquisition of other companies”.
