The facility to design and assemble a multi-axis handling or positioning system from a set of modular parts is being offered by Naples Coombe of South Devon with its new Elmore range.
The range includes all the driven linear elements and right angle sections required by OEMs and manufacturing engineers to build complete multi-axis systems at low cost. Completing the kit are servo and stepper drive motors and servo axis controllers.
Elmore is targeted at palletising, packaging, feeding, cutting and gluing operations along with cleanroom environments.
Its basic elements include belt-driven ECO linear sections with integrated top-mounted carriages. Units are available in three profile sizes: 60, 80 and 100mm.
