The Moody Group has scrapped its plan to acquire Supply and Procurement Solutions (SPS).
Malcolm Wilkinson, managing director Moody Group, which provides MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) services to the dairy, food, beverage and pharmaceutical chemicals sectors, said the prospects were low for seeing a return on investment at this time.
