UK capital equipment supplier Engelmann & Buckham has changed ownership following a management buy-out. The management team, led by Michael Henderson, and supported by Bob Westlake and Geoff Lennon, has purchased the company in its entirety from the former parent, AH Buckham.

E&B was incorporated after the Second World War, focusing initially on the converting industry and then expanding across the plastics and packaging fields, supplying equipment from leading leading manufacturers.

“We are delighted to have been able to bring this about, together with the full support of the former owners,” says Michael Henderson. “The development has been met with tremendous enthusiasm by our customers, staff and the manufacturers.”
