A Gallus Arsoma 410 UV flexo press has been installed at Jarvis Porter Labels, in Leeds. The seven unit combination flexo/silk screen machine is designed to handle thin film substrates and has a dual infeed for peel and read, and other complex applications.
The new press marks the first stage in a £1.5M investment across all the JP Labels sites; the Dutch and French operations will also benefit from UV flexo installations in the next 12 months. The company says it is also considering the acquisition of a digital press before the end of the year.
