Ishida Europe has extended its R series advanced multihead checkweigher range with two new versions designed for fast, accurate weighing of small target weights.

The “alternative designs” of the CCW-R Linear and CCW-R Small Hopper weighers maximise the number of products the machines can handle and, Ishida says, enable it to tailor a solution each time to precise customer requirements.
The Small Hopper weighers – the CCW-R-210, 214 and 220 – feature a “traditional” circular multihead weigher design, and can handle target weights from 5-500g, while the largest model, the CCW-R-220, can also mix-weigh products up to 1kg.
The CCW-R-214 is capable of up to 210wpm, while the CCW-R-220 can mix-weigh at up to 70wpm. Ishida says the linear arrangement of product transfer allows very precise flow control.
Top speeds are 130wpm for the CCW-R-107, while the CCW-R-108 and CCW-R-112 can mix-weigh two products at up to 65wpm.
