Xerox's decision to take new space Hall 16, rather than an area within the original 15 halls, means the exhibition sales team has been able to reorganise the 98 000 m² floor plan to release additional floor space.

We had reached a stage where we had several companies that wanted to book in but we were unable to offer them the right amount of space in the right location,’ explains sales director Trevor Crawford.

‘We are very keen to maintain the logical workflow through halls and Xerox’s decision to move has enabled us to relocate some companies so they are based in more appropriate locations. This also means we can be more accommodating when discussing availability with new exhibitors.’
