With a heat tolerance of up to 230F and the added benefits of allowing consumers to eat out of the secure snap closure bowls, Tri-Star Packaging says its new Incredi-Bowl disposable polypropylene food container should win over food retailers and brand owners.
To be unveiled jointly by Tri-Star and America’s Anchor Packaging (USA) at the Pro2Pac exhibition at London’s Excel (stand A3) between March 18 and 21, the Incredi-Bowl can reportedly withstand heat lamps, warming units and microwaves. Available in 12-20 oz sizes, the containers feature a strong, striking black base and clear, leak-resistant lid, specially designed to eliminate odours. Anti-fogging and an “ice’pick” vent provide excellent product visibility.
