A new FoilStar module for Heidelberg’s Speedmaster CD 74, CD 102 and XL 105 presses increases the finishing options available for label and packaging printers. It offers the option of processing up to six webs with various cold foils in a range of web widths, enabling cost savings of up to 50 per cent on jobs that require only a small amount of foil, it is claimed.
