Greiner Packaging is set to exhibit its health care solutions at this year’s Pharmapack event in France.

At the event, which will take place between 7 and 8 February 2018, Greiner will exhibit packaging solutions developed by using extrusion blow molding, multibarrier packaging, and PET bottle solutions.

The company will also showcase Kavoblow technology, which is an advanced form of injection stretch blow molding.

Greiner Packaging produces a range of customer-specific solutions in the pharmaceutical, OTC product, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, and VetMed market segments.

More than 400 exhibitors will showcase advanced packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.

Greiner Packaging has converted German packaging site in Rastatt into a center of competence for the health care industry.

The company has made personnel, organizational, and technological changes at the facility to meet the requirements of the health care customers.

Greiner Packaging Rastatt general manager Stefan Rohr said: "We also want to show at the fair that we can ensure the purity and consistency of the filled contents using tested technologies.”

With locations in 19 countries, Greiner provides plastic packaging solutions for the customers in the food and non-food sectors.

The company operates two business units, including the packaging business unit with the product groups K and Kavo, as well as Assistec business unit.

Greiner’s produces products such as bottles, cans, lids, containers, cups, closures, tubs and buckets.

Its bottles can be used in different applications, including chemical, food, cosmetics, dairy, healthcare and specialities.
