Food packaging hygiene

Specialist food packaging safety training provider Saferpak has released an interactive computer based training programme on ‘The Fundamentals of Food Packaging Hygiene’. It is offered as “a hassle-free and cost effective” alternative to consultant led, classroom based training and is said to satisfy the employee hygiene training requirements contained in technical standards such as The BRC/IOP Packaging Standard.
