Accrington, UK, based Emerson and Renwick has acquired the Dixon Technologies name and intellectual property, together with key members of the sales and design team. Dixon (formerly TH Dixon) is a supplier of coating and laminating equipment. Over 1,000 of its pilot coating machines are installed worldwide.
The company will now operate as a division of Emerson and Renwick with a sales and design office in Letchworth.
