The State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) of the People's Republic of China has issued new patent protection for the product and packaging design of Renhuang Pharmaceuticals' Compound Honeysuckle Granules.
Renhuang Pharma said that for packing Compound Honeysuckle Granule it has incorporated the images of plants which form the key ingredients of the remedies, and also trying to project the product as a plant-based product in the cover itself.
Renhuang Pharma chairman and CEO Shaoming Li said that they are happy that SIPO has awarded the company patent protection on the packaging designs for Compound Granule Honeysuckle.
“Our unique and eye-catching designs are an important element of our marketing effort and improve our brand recognition. These patents will permit us to secure our valuable IP,” Li said.
