US-based PrePak Holdings has formed a new health and beauty division, Celeste Health & Beauty. The new division will operate in Whippany, New Jersey, with an additional manufacturing facility in Easton, Maryland.
PrePak Holdings is a group of companies focused on contract manufacturing and packaging, with Celeste Health & Beauty operating as its health and beauty supply chain solution provider.
The formation of Celeste Health & Beauty will provide PrePak Holdings with a base for innovation, custom equipment design, industry marketing insight, practical knowledge of packaging materials, and in-depth expertise in cGMP packaging processes.
PrePak CEO Renard Jackson said the formation of Celeste Health & Beauty opens up significant new market opportunities and will drive growth to their current manufacturing and packaging subsidiaries.
PrePak’s facilities are FDA registered and cGMP compliant, with the company serving mid- to large-sized companies in the pharmaceuticals, nutritional, consumer products, medical devices and animal health marketplaces. Its subsidiaries are PrePak Systems, Celeste Contract Manufacturing and Packaging, Integrated Pharmaceutical Packaging and TestPak.
